Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible to the publisher's authorized staff and its technical processors:
- Resend — sending contact-form emails (hosted in the United States).
- Vercel — website hosting (hosted in the United States).
Transfers outside the European Union
As some processors are located outside the European Union, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention period
Contact requests are kept for as long as necessary to process them, then archived for up to 3 years from the last contact for commercial follow-up, unless you object.

Bloom® product and biometric data
This is a marketing website: it does not perform any facial recognition and does not process any biometric data.
