- What is Bloom®?
- Bloom® is a photo-distribution platform for events. Guests access their photos through a QR code and an event-specific gallery, while the photographer or organizer keeps control of the gallery, branding, and access.
- How do guests get their photos?
- A guest scans a QR code, opens the event gallery, then finds their photos via a private access code or a personalized search. They can download and share them in seconds, with no app to install.
- Does Bloom® use facial recognition?
- Facial recognition is offered as an option, only after the guest's explicit consent. A non-biometric alternative (access code, manual search) is active by default: a guest is never required to use a selfie to find their photos.
- How is biometric data protected?
- Consent is explicit, specific, and traceable before any selfie. Facial collections are isolated per event (there is no global database), retention is configured per event with automatic purge, and every deletion leaves an audit trail. The legal basis is consent under Article 9 of the GDPR.
- Is Bloom® suitable for events with children?
- Yes. Bloom® includes a “kid-safe” framework for events where minors may appear: a non-biometric alternative by default, required consent, and collections isolated per event. Facial recognition is never imposed.
- How long are photos kept?
- Retention is configured per event, with an automatic purge at expiry. Data is not kept beyond what the event requires.
- Can a guest delete their photos or opt out?
- Yes. On-demand guest deletion is supported, with an audit trail. The guest keeps control over their presence in the gallery.
- Does Bloom® handle high volumes, like a festival?
- Yes. Bloom® is built for high-volume, multi-photographer events, with code-based guest access and fast distribution. The first large-scale festival pilot is planned for July 2026.
- Can the gallery be branded for the event?
- Yes. Co-branding and gallery customization are available in self-service: logo, colors, and the identity of the event or its partners.
- What does it cost?
- Plans range from independent photographers (from €149) to corporate activations (from €1,500). High-volume projects or those needing dedicated support move to a custom quote. The Pricing page details each plan.
- Does this site collect my data?
- This marketing site uses a single language cookie and no analytics or advertising tools. Contact-form information is used only to respond to your request. The privacy policy details the processing.
- How do I request a demo?
- Through the Contact page: describe your event, volume, and goal. We respond within one business day with a demo or quote scoping.
